Audio was fine. I replaced the T-CON board with a new one, I got a black and white picture. After ordering another one from Ebay, the picture is now fine and the TV is working. The loop was about 15 seconds, it showed briefly a TV channel name, then immediately restarted. First I thought it's the power board, but applying 12V from an external power source gave the same symptoms.
